I have been doing some mindless spending over the past few days which sucks. The damage is a little over $20.00 dollars which isn't a lot but since I haven't gotten confirmation of payment from my side job it is a really stupid move on my part.
$1.41 - I bought a song on iTunes that has been in my head for weeks. Instantly regreted it which is progress.
$1.10 - This wasn't actually me but DS2. He was downloading Mine Craft onto my user ID and accidentally ordered a texture pack. I will have to find a way to block in game spending.
$12.50 - I went to a direct sale party for Damsel in Defense at a friends house. I totally didn't plan on spending a dime, I swear!! But they had amazing Kubaton keychains. I have several evening appointments for myself and the kids and in the winter we are walking back to our car in the dark. I usually hold my car key in between my knuckles in case someone approaches us but this will give us more protection. I am hosting a party in April so I can get a stun gun and mace.
$7.90 - Well it was more like $5.00 as I did buy something we legitimately needed. I took DD1 to the grocery store so she could do some shopping. I blame it on the 4 hours of sleep, the late hour, being in the middle of Aunt Flo's visit and having a "I feel neglected day" because I left there with a bag of Cheetos, mini Oreos and a bottle of diet coke I didn't need.
I am hoping to go through the rest of the week without any stupid spending. Keep your fingers crossed.
